As the Associate Director for Support Operations at Solugenix, Michael Masushige is responsible for overseeing support center operations for Solugenix clients and ensuring that call center and operations support teams meet or exceed on all deliverables. Michael’s primary focus area on Medical Device Manufacturer (MDM) support requires him to leverage deep FDA compliance knowledge integration into complaint intake, technical support, and field service coordination.
In his role guiding a talented operations team, Michael collaborates with the quality, R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure client-specific process excellence and issue remediation in data, delivery or technology configurations. His HDI Lead Certification and experience enable him to help support desk teams and managers meet all service level and operational level agreements for client operations.
Michael brings more than 15 years of experience in operational excellence to his role with Solugenix as an operational director for a recreational sporting goods company with eight retail locations and a mail-order sales warehouse. This experience has served him well in his five years with Solugenix where he has become instrumental in driving continuous improvement, innovation, and standardization for large and small scale client projects.
In his off-hours, Michael and his wife love spending time taking their rescue pit bull to dog-friendly places and activities. His love of strategy and sports are satiated as part of a longstanding tournament paintball team and working out alongside his wife at area MMA and boxing gyms.
