As Solugenix VP of Customer Experience and Support Services, Christine Antonelli manages the delivery of customer support services and customer experience initiatives for clients in the retail and financial services industries.
Christine leverages two decades of experience in leadership roles where she has guided both companies and teams to deliver best-in-class customer support service solutions to global brands like McDonald’s, BMW, Citibank, Sonic Drive-In, and Jiffy Lube.
With proven expertise in contact center solutions development, Christine leverages a combination of technical understanding, people management/training, customer support services, and program development. This has led to numerous career successes for global brands.
Among them is the development of a successful 500-person rural work@home program for McDonalds’ remote order-taking. Another standout includes team and contact center development of a multilingual emergency assistance and concierge services call center for BMW drivers across Western Europe.
Christine holds a BJ in Journalism from the University of Missouri and an MBA in Operations Management from DePaul University. As an Executive Council member for Ellevate Network, Christine is dedicated to the professional development of women in the workforce and ardent supporter of remote workforce development.
She and her husband are devoted to their son’s expanding horizons by supporting him as a member of his True Lacrosse travel team and in the arts via his acting in school productions. When she’s not innovating how people work and interacting with customer service or enjoying activities with her family, Christine is working to beat her personal best in distance as a Peloton rider.
