Talent Acquisition Manager Chin Pyun leads the Solugenix talent acquisition team to source, recruit, hire and retain talented candidates for Solugenix clients nationwide. In addition to managing the Talent Acquisition team, Chin develops, sets and executes recruiting strategies for clients based on customized needs. He is also responsible for planning, developing and implementing a new and productive talent acquisition strategy for Solugenix.
Prior to working at Solugenix, Chin was a Managing Director and District Manager for Kelly Law Registry, a division of Kelly Services, Inc. In that role, he was responsible for managing KLR offices that provided legal consulting and workforce solutions in Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. Chin has a strong track record in finding ideal solutions to complex issues under tight deadlines. This reinforces his skill set for recruiting the ideal mid-level to executive candidates with the needed soft and hard skills across a variety of industries and geographies.
Chin brings a dedicated approach of hard work, consistency, analysis, and collaboration tempered by humor and support to exceed the Solugenix talent support Center of Excellence approach. This enables him to meet and exceed each individual client’s customized talent needs.
Chin holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from WSU College of Law, and after passing the California Bar Examination, worked as a legal consultant for law firms and corporations in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
He is an avid runner and baseball fan in his spare time.
