Solugenix Corporation, a 50-year leader of IT implementation and support services, proudly sponsored the 2020 Phoenix CIO Executive Leadership Summit, where CIOs and technology executives from across the state/Valley learned about the foremost winning strategies and absorbed world-class thought leadership. The event was held at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas in Scottsdale.

Hosted by HMG Strategy, the event focused on why IT leaders are focusing on agile strategies to position themselves for competitive advantage. The sponsorship was part of Solugenix’s ongoing commitment to the development of leadership in disruptive technology and innovation across business sectors.

“Emerging technologies like Robotic Process Automation and AI/ML are replacing archaic models of work, thus fundamentally changing the way work is conducted,” said Shashi Jasthi, CEO of Solugenix. “No matter the industry, digital transformation has turned every company into a technology company and must remain relevant in that space to stay competitive.”

As part of the sponsorship, Jasthi had the opportunity to participate in an executive interview during the day-long agenda. Jasthi, who has more than three decades of experience managing IT and consulting organizations and a member of the Board at the Arizona Technology Council, was interviewed by Hunter Muller, President and CEO of HMG Strategy, to talk about the topic of “Under-the-Radar Trends CIO’s Need to Know.”

More than ever, savvy technology executives rely on bold leadership skills and a strong commitment to transformation to deliver on customer expectations. In order to make these advancements real and timely, CIOs and technology executives must partner with the CEO and the board, creating synergy across their organization to build consensus with the senior leadership team, with all eyes on reimagining and reinventing the enterprise.

Solugenix recently sponsored the 2020 Arizona Regional Science Bowl, the largest regional STEM competition for middle and high school students, with winners advancing to the National Science Bowl® in Washington, D.C.  Created in 1991 by the Department of Energy (DOE), more than 300,000 students have participated in the National Science Bowl® throughout its 29-year history, and it is one of the nation’s largest science competitions.

“Technology plays a critical role in fueling growth, adding jobs and building communities, said Jasthi. “Summits like these bring the brightest minds together to unleash the power of the spirit of innovation in technology leadership."
