More about Shashi
Shashi Jasthi is the President and CEO of Solugenix. He is responsible for driving client and partner value through innovative technology and business solutions. Shashi has over 20 years of experience managing Information Technology and Consulting organizations. He built IT organizations and turned around loss-making acquisitions in Chicago, IL, Phoenix, AZ, Provo, UT, Wellington, New Zealand and Sydney, Australia. He joined Solugenix in 1992, and after a brief hiatus in early 2000, he came back to lead the company.
Shashi holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in Computer Science from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Chennai, India. He holds patents in the areas of navigation mapping and routing. Shashi actively works with several excellent groups to promote STEM education and technology industries: He is a member of the Board at the Arizona Technology Council Member of the Governing Board for BASIS Schools Governing Body, and a member of the Board of Directors for University of Chicago Alumni Club Arizona.
Shashi lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and two children. Shashi’s claim to fame? He can sing some oldies on an acoustic guitar that can clear a large public park in under 2 minutes.
More about Damola
Damola Akinola is Solugenix’s Vice President of Consulting Services. He oversees all aspects of client relations, employee satisfaction and solution delivery. Damola has been with Solugenix for over 20 years and has worked in various capacities including software development project management and business analysis.
Prior to Solugenix, he worked in the telecommunications industry for British Telecom Research Labs. Damola holds an Executive MBA degree from the University of California Irvine. He also holds an MS in Communications and Signal Processing from Imperial College London and a BS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University Nigeria. He is an ITIL PMI-certified Project Management Professional, a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and a Sun Certified Java Programmer.
Damola is married and has two daughters. His weekends revolve around soccer –either watching his daughters play or watching professional soccer on TV.
More about Jemma
Jemma David is the Vice President of Enterprise Support Services for Solugenix. She focuses on delivering quality support center services centered on Product/Consumable Service Desks, IT Service Desks and Business Application Support Desks. Jemma has been with Solugenix for over 19 years and worked in various roles starting in project management & development to managing entire projects. Her expertise has led to successful project engagements in the Medical, Financial, Entertainment and Geographical Navigation industries. Her other focus areas are PMO strategies and business process analysis that help drive solutions delivery.
Jemma holds a B.S. in Computer Science from California State, Polytechnic University Pomona and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. She is a huge fan and supporter of youth sports especially girls’ basketball and volunteers at many fundraising programs. Jemma is also a supporter of the Project Vietnam Foundation. On a more personal note, Jemma is notorious for giving hugs to those around her and no one escapes her arms.

Suneetha Menon is the Vice President of Professional Services and is responsible for managing customer relationships and overseeing all aspects of delivering custom IT managed services and staffing solutions to some of Solugenix’s largest accounts in the Western US. Suneetha has been with Solugenix for over 20 years and has worked with clients in the Financial, Entertainment, and HealthCare and Geographical Navigation industries. She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, New York.
Suneetha is passionate about gender equality and recognition of women in the work place. She is a past executive member of NAWBO and is a current member of the Women in Technology International (WITI) Orange County Chapter.
She lives in Southern California with her husband and three daughters. She actively promotes the participation of girls in STEM and sports programs. Additionally, Suneetha and her daughters have participated in and raised money for City of Hope’s Walk for Hope. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, biking, yoga and obsessing over her Fitbit®stats.

Ramki Venkatraman is the Vice President of Technology & Development Services for Solugenix. He has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology sector and has been with Solugenix since 1998. He is responsible for the planning and delivery of organizational strategic initiatives, managing customer relationships and the implementation of IT projects, including application and product development. His expertise includes leading operations for Technology and Application Development within diverse industries with a focus in the healthcare and financial domains. He has experience building and managing off-shore teams that are closely aligned and integrated with core US operations.
Ramki holds an MS in Statistics & Operations Research from Central University, India and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Madras University, India. Ramki also holds certifications in the Microsoft and Java technologies. In addition to spending time with his wife and two daughters, Ramki enjoys reading, music and watching the Lakers play. For those who get to know Ramki well, truly appreciate his dry and witty sense of humor.
More about Andrea Butz
As the Solugenix Human Resources Director, Andrea Butz oversees and guides all human resource programs, policies and compliance function areas corporate wide. Andrea brings more than 20 years of experience in pivotal HR roles for several leading global and regional corporations to her role with Solugenix. This includes extensive experience in all HR areas including benefits administration and development, payroll, compensation, performance, compliance and risk management, immigration, and employee relations.
Her career of HR innovation can be seen through her approach to designing, planning, and implementing HR programs and policies for leading companies across automotive, software, marketing, transportation development and consumer credit reporting. As a consummate leader, collaborator and team builder, Andrea has managed both small and large HR teams as well as payroll for hundreds of employees based locally and internationally. She also leverages extensive experience in HR technology system implementation and administration with HRIS and HRMS, system feed maintenance and HR Metrics reporting.
Andrea holds an MBA from the University of California Irvine with emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Strategy as well as a BA from UCLA in Environmental Studies, in addition to SHRM, pHR, CCP, and CBP certifications.
Andrea loves to spend time with her family and is dedicated to her community where as a proud soccer mom, she acts as a volunteer referee, Soccer Boosters board member, and team photographer.
More about Srihari Atluri
Solugenix Associate Director, Srihari Atluri drives solution development for Enterprise IT Transition & Operations Services and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for Solugenix. With a focus on reducing overall IT costs and improving the end-customer journey, Srihari plays a foundational role in supporting the Solugenix mission of fulfilling the needs of its diverse corporate client base. This includes overseeing Application Operations and Workload Automation Services delivered to the onsite and offshore Solugenix locations.
Srihari brings 12 years of experience in strategically employing ITSM and ITL best practices to deliver highly-successful technology solutions that transform organizational effectiveness. This experience has honed his innovative problem-solving skills that are furthered by effective decision making, communication and collaboration skills.
Prior to Solugenix, Srihari worked at start-ups in New York and New Jersey as a Solution Developer and Consultant and held senior level positions as Java and Web application developer for a global electronics manufacturer and a leading contact center technology solutions provider.
Srihari holds several degrees in computer science from the Fairleigh Dickinson University and University of Central Florida, and VRESEC. He also holds a MBA in Entrepreneurship from Cal State Fullterton. He has obtained PMP and ITIL v3 certifications.
Among his personal passions and priorities are spending time with his family, hosting a successful online radio show on socio-political issues, nonprofit fundraising and volunteering at School Site Council. Srihari also conducts project management training sessions as well as conducting cultural events.

As Director of Enterprise Support Services, Rich Mewes is responsible for driving excellence in support center engagement for Solugenix clients in the Product Support/IT Service Desk and Medical Device areas. Rich’s experience encompasses more than 30 years of product and technical support team leadership roles with companies ranging from software startups to leading technology corporations. This has led to an impressive track record of support desk development and turn-around successes for Solugenix clients in the Medical, Financial, and Technical Support industries.
In his 11 years with Solugenix, Rich has been instrumental in helping clients by driving creative and effective solutions through detailed needs assessment, data analysis, and a collaborative planning approach with leadership. Rich’s dedication to continuous improvement shapes his ability to train, lead, and guide expert teams dedicated to knowledge and customer interaction excellence geared to the ideal customer experience.
Rich applies extensive experience in IT and telecommunications to help customers solve significant real-world support challenges. This accumulated knowledge from several decades provides a unique insight into customer challenges that enables him to build teams that deliver uncompromising client technical support.
Rich is an HDI certified Support Center Leader and former California HDI chapter board member that has also participated in ICMI training events. Rich combines leadership lessons learned from thought leaders with his own experiences to mentor current and future Solugenix leaders to reach their potential.
Sharing, giving back, and collaborating shape all aspects of Rich’s life. He also leverages his love of woodworking to build homes for less fortunate families with his daughter for Project Mexico.
More about Marnie Barnhart
With more than 20 years of experience in order to cash (OTC), Solugenix Associate Director Marnie Barnhart helps business customers transform their OTC operations. As a vital member of Enterprise Support Services, Marnie helps further client relationships by supporting process and system improvements, quality assurance, reporting, analysis and Client/Vendor Relationship Management.
Working in various AR and OTC leadership roles for different companies in medical equipment, medical device and pharmaceutical environments, Marnie has collectively reduced aging accounts by millions of dollars and bad debt reserves by as much as 60%. This was driven by her highly developed expertise in process development, system implementations and integration, regulatory compliance and data validation.
Marnie is also passionate about employee development and training. These skills compliment her expertise in call center customer service and project management, which collectively furthers Solugenix client successes.
Marnie holds a Bachelor of Science and MA in Business Administration as well as Associate Science Degrees in Marketing and Small Business Management.
As a lover of music and poetry since a young age, Marnie is an avid concert goer who can remember song lyrics with the best of them.
More about Chin Pyun
Talent Acquisition Manager Chin Pyun leads the Solugenix talent acquisitions team to source, recruit, hire and retain talented candidates for Solugenix clients nationwide. In addition to managing the Talent Acquisition team, Chin develops, sets and executes recruiting strategies for clients based on customized needs. He is also responsible for planning, developing and implementing a new and productive talent acquisition strategy for Solugenix.
Prior to working at Solugenix, Chin was a Managing Director and District Manager for Kelly Law Registry, a division of Kelly Services, Inc. In that role, he was responsible for managing KLR offices that provided legal consulting and workforce solutions in Southern California, Nevada and Arizona. Chin has a strong track record in finding ideal solutions to complex issues under tight deadlines. This reinforces his skill set for recruiting the ideal mid-level to executive candidates with the needed soft and hard skills across a variety of industries and geographies.
Chin brings a dedicated approach of hard work, consistency, analysis, and collaboration tempered by humor and support to exceed the Solugenix talent support Center of Excellence approach. This enables him to meet and exceed each individual client’s customized talent needs.
Chin holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from WSU College of Law, and after passing the California Bar Examination, worked as a legal consultant for law firms and corporations in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
He is an avid runner and baseball fan in his spare time.

Solugenix Marketing Manager Crystal Kolosick drives planning, development, publishing, optimization, tracking and analysis of marketing campaigns across all channels to ensure they align with corporate growth goals. She works collaboratively with the CEO and executive team to ensure marketing efforts build brand awareness and lead generation by communicating the Solugenix difference.
Crystal brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, and administration having worked in key positions for global and regional enterprises and firms across varied sectors. These include technology, staffing, legal, healthcare, telecommunications and insurance among others. This experience gives her broad insight for overseeing all aspects of B2B digital marketing for Solugenix where she focuses on integrating the sales and marketing activities.
By leveraging her deep experience in CMS and CRM platforms as well as analytics, Crystal gathers data-derived insights that maximize marketing campaign targeting to meet predetermined goals and KPIs. Driven by a customer-centric focus in order to meet and exceed business goals, she constantly explores new approaches to achieve improved results based on a continuous learning approach.
Crystal attended Cal State University Fullerton and has several prestigious marketing certifications.
Playing guitar, singing, cooking, and martial arts fitness are important activities for Crystal, but her priorities in life are her family that gives her motivation to grow and constantly improve.

As the lead Solutions Consulting Manager for Solugenix Corporation, Tessa Rocha applies her deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform and CMS to help clients across sectors maximize their benefits and possiblites. She leverages more than a decade in management consulting for leading enterprises in the area of technology application and delivery with broad experience across numerous sectors.
Tessa’s passion for helping companies operate more efficiently drives her to fully understand each client’s business objectives and translate these into system needs. Her highly developed communication, collaboration, and business acumen help in building trust and understanding with client stakeholders and the workforce. She leverages these skills to effectively manage implementation project team performance to meet client goals and outcome satisfaction.
Tessa graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rhodes University with a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology and also holds an ITIL Certification.
A love of the ocean and an active lifestyle can be seen in her dedication to open water distance swimming. Tessa’s life is further shaped by her loving parents and spouse who provide guidance and support that fuel her success in all endeavors.
More about Kevin Heuninck
Solugenix Operations Associate Manager, Kevin Heuninck, manages call centers providing technical support to client companies in the Advanced Sterilization Products sector. In that expansive role, Kevin ensures Service Level Agreements are maintained while supporting and leading call center teams through the knowledge base and tool support guidance. These enable him to support his team in delivering superior customer service and technical support to varied company clients.
Kevin leverages his experience in an earlier role as a Solugenix Technical Support Representative. His analytical approach to the development of innovative process improvements routinely drives increased Solugenix client satisfaction, support resolution, and service delivery. In addition to his call center operations management role, Kevin has spearheaded the development of a successful client intake platform and been instrumental in ongoing client acquisitions that support Solugenix growth.
Prior to his six years of increasingly advancing roles with Solugenix, Kevin held positions in production environments and computer security in the US Air Force. His passion for helping people as well as technical, communication, collaboration, training, and leadership skills facilitate complex process improvements. These skills enable him to focus on continual improvement, development, and success of the teams he manages on both a group and individual level.
Outside of work, Kevin cherishes the time with his wife, family, and friends. When time permits, he enjoys snowboarding and the occasional poker tournament. His bucket-list includes playing in the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas.
More about Michael Masushige
As the Associate Director for Support Operations at Solugenix, Michael Masushige is responsible for overseeing support center operations for Solugenix clients and ensuring that call center and operations support teams meet or exceed on all deliverables. Michael’s primary focus area on Medical Device Manufacturer (MDM) support requires him to leverage deep FDA compliance knowledge integration into complaint intake, technical support, and field service coordination.
In his role guiding a talented operations team, Michael collaborates with the quality, R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure client-specific process excellence and issue remediation in data, delivery or technology configurations. His HDI Lead Certification and experience enable him to help support desk teams and managers meet all service level and operational level agreements for client operations.
Michael brings more than 15 years of experience in operational excellence to his role with Solugenix as an operational director for a recreational sporting goods company with eight retail locations and a mail order sales warehouse. This experience has served him well in his five years with Solugenix where he has become instrumental in driving continuous improvement, innovation, and standardization for large and small scale client projects.
In his off hours, Michael and his wife love spending time taking their rescue pit bull to dog-friendly places and activities. His love of strategy and sports is satiated as part of a longstanding tournament paintball team and working out alongside his wife at area MMA and boxing gyms.

As the Talent Acquisition Lead for Solugenix, Angela Amoranto guides the strategy and processes for discovering and attracting exceptional talent. Angela brings a decade of experience in workforce development and planning including talent sourcing, acquisition, onboarding, and training at the enterprise level. In her role, she collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills.
Angela collaborates across disciplines and departmental leaders while using a highly developed analytical approach to varied career discipline background research. This is balanced by an attuned insight into the human behavioral assessment. Her deep understanding of the Solugenix portfolio of services and enterprise client sector missions informs her collaborations with internal stakeholders. This enables her to successfully identify and integrate leading talent that spurs the company’s continued growth and leadership across North American customer markets.
Prior to joining Solugenix, Angela held various talent acquisition and training development leadership positions in a national staffing and workforce development firm as well as with governmental and post-secondary education institutions. While these roles were the genesis of an extensive track record in candidate development and experience programs, they also ignited her passion for helping people achieve their career goals.
Angela holds a Bachelor’s Degree In Criminal Justice from CSUF and a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University. When she’s not overseeing the talent acquisition process, she can be found enjoying the outdoors, sports, cycling and spending time with her family.
